My appointment at Mental Health and Well-Being Services
Arriving
- When I arrive at Mental Health and Well-being Services, I will press the buzzer labelled “Mental Health and well-being”. I will explain to the reception team that I am here for an appointment, and they will allow me to open the door to come in.
- Without pressing the buzzer and explaining why I am here, the door will not open. This is for safety purposes.
- If you need any further assistance to gain access to the building, please contact us before your visit to make arrangements.
I am allowed to bring a friend or family member with me to my appointment.
